Nestled within the grounds of the original 1895 Boonara cottage, this charming self-contained studio offers a warm and intimate Blue Mountains escape in the heart of Wentworth Falls.

Perfect for couples or solo travellers, the studio blends heritage character with thoughtful comfort. After a day exploring nearby bushwalks, waterfalls and village cafés, return to your private retreat and unwind beside the wood-burning fireplace.

The studio features a comfortable queen bed fitted with quality linen and heated blankets, ensuring a cosy mountain stay year-round. A Smart TV with complimentary Netflix makes for relaxed evenings in, while oil heaters provide additional warmth during the cooler months.

A convenient kitchenette with mini fridge allows for light meal preparation, morning coffee and easy breakfasts before heading out to explore.

Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a midweek reset or a peaceful solo retreat, Boonara Studio provides comfort, charm and mountain atmosphere in equal measure.

Guest Access & Property Layout

Boonara Studio is located within the grounds of Boonara House. While the buildings share outdoor areas and driveway access, the property is never split between separate booking groups. When you book the Studio, the main house will remain unoccupied, ensuring private use of the grounds during your stay.

Please Note:

By completing this reservation, you agree to complete our guest verification process prior to check-in. This includes signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card.

A security bond of $500 will be held 7 days prior to arrival and released following your stay, provided no damage or breaches of house rules occur.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process has been successfully completed.

Boonara Studio is a self-contained 1-bedroom retreat in Wentworth Falls, in the Blue Mountains, sleeping 2 guests. Bathed in natural light with a relaxed, contemporary feel, it’s ideal for couples or as extra space alongside Boonara House.

The studio features a queen bed, along with a comfortable living area complete with a Smart TV and complimentary Netflix, creating a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring the mountains. A wood burning fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months, while portable oil heaters in the bedroom ensure year round comfort.

A thoughtfully designed kitchenette includes a mini fridge, kettle and essential amenities, paired with a dining table for casual meals, morning coffee or a quiet place to work or read.

The Studio also includes a separate bathroom with a shower, offering both convenience and privacy. Positioned just behind the main house and surrounded by garden, it maintains a peaceful, retreat like feel while still being connected to the overall Boonara experience.
