Jodie looks after an apartment for us where in the past we’ve had considerable issues with strata, who are opposed to Airbnb in the building. She has skilfully navigated difficult personalities, represented us at strata meetings, and ensured our guests comply with all by-laws.
When issues have arisen with guests breaching rules, such as smoking or parties, Jodie has acted swiftly to resolve the situation and recover costs. Due to our location, this was an ongoing issue with our previous manager, but since Jodie took over, problems are rare and always handled quickly and effectively.
